I had a more candid and feedback-heavy BirlaSoft experience where the difficulty was average, the interviewer focus was on my projects and skill gaps, and the HR coordination felt well-managed.

Technical discussion (1:1 / panel-like) — The interviewer(s) dug into my projects and assessed skills directly, sometimes asking follow-ups on areas where I seemed weaker.
Core subject + concept checks — I answered questions that reflected core fundamentals (though in one case the scope felt more like electronics fundamentals than pure IT).
Communication emphasis — I was also evaluated on how clearly I could explain and communicate what I knew.
HR round — HR questions were standard: strengths/weaknesses, long-term goals, relocation, and related career
