I went through a pretty standard flow that started with an online assessment, then moved to a recruiter screen, and eventually a final onsite with two technical interviews plus a hiring manager conversation.

Waiting for the results of the online assessment took longer than I expected, but once the recruiter screen happened, the momentum picked up and the rest of the process moved quickly.

What surprised me most was how the timeline felt uneven early on—first there was a delay, then everything accelerated. The onsite was straightforward in format, and by the time I reached the end of the loop, it felt like I’d already done the important parts. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the process itself was coherent and relatively fast once it got going.
