Los Angeles, CAPosted Nov 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a sales role and found the process to be casual but not particularly predictable.

Manager conversation — I had a quick chat focused on fit and whether I seemed aligned with the store’s needs.
Less typical question mix — I experienced an interview that blended customer-service expectations with some personal-interest questions, which made it feel more casual than a standard screening. Outcome: I didn’t get an indicated offer in my notes, but the takeaway was that the process could vary widely by location and manager.
