I interviewed for the Big 5 Account Executive role and it felt difficult mainly because of poor responsiveness and a rushed experience.

In-person interview — I applied and they didn’t get back to me quickly; when I arrived, staff had to locate the manager, the manager took a long time to greet me, and the rest of the time felt tense while waiting. The actual interview itself felt rushed rather than thoughtful. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that the experience started off disorganized and the interview didn’t feel properly paced.
