Bharti Airtel Software Engineer interview experience

Negative

Gurgaon, HaryanaPosted Dec 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through two rounds and both were with different interviewers.

The first interviewer came across as a bit arrogant, while the second was more thoughtful and considerate. I cleared both rounds.

HR communication, though, left a bad taste. I received an email saying I was selected and asked me to share documents like payslips, and I followed through. After that, the recruiter asked for an offer call, but they didn’t join at the scheduled time and never gave a clear update after that. By the end, the process felt unethical from an HR responsiveness standpoint even though the interviews themselves had gone well for me.
