My process started with an SHL coding-related online test, and honestly that coding round experience didn’t click for me—everything felt a bit awkward and not very reflective of how I normally work through problems.

After that, I went into online interviews: a technical interview where the interaction felt low-engagement, followed by another technical interview, and then an HR round.

The structure stayed pretty clear across the different calls—recruiter-style scheduling upfront, then technical discussion(s), then HR. The HR portion was more conventional compared to the technical screens. End to end, it felt like a pipeline designed to filter candidates quickly, but the tone during at least one technical call left me feeling less confident than I expected.
