Bharti Airtel Software Engineer interview experience

Medium

Negative

The whole experience felt bureaucratic and draining.

Even if the technical part was possible to clear, the tone I encountered made it feel like pay and internal constraints were going to be the bottleneck.

People I interacted with seemed less energetic and more procedural than engaging, which lowered my confidence during the process. It wasn’t the kind of interview where the conversation felt open-ended or collaborative; it felt boxed in by process.

I didn’t end up with an offer, and honestly the part that stuck with me wasn’t the technical difficulty—it was how the process dynamics seemed to limit what I could realistically gain.
