My interview was over the phone and felt extremely laid back.

My soon-to-be manager asked a few brief questions about my interests, and the conversation was short and easygoing. After that, I was told I had the job.

There wasn’t any heavy technical grilling or a long sequence of rounds. It was more about quickly connecting with me and confirming the role matched what I was looking for. Overall it felt low-stress and straightforward.

I ended up receiving an offer, and my honest reflection was that the process felt surprisingly informal compared to what I’d expected, but it also made sense given how little time it took to reach a decision.
