I started with a phone interview and then waited a long time to hear back—about a month and a half.

I kept reaching out until I finally got a response, and then things moved quickly. They flew me to HQ for an in-person interview that was pretty direct.

On site, they showed how everything worked and walked me through what they actually do. The conversations didn’t feel like riddles or trick questions; it was straightforward and grounded in the reality of the work.

I didn’t end up receiving an offer, but the process itself was easy once it got moving, and the in-person portion gave me a clear sense of the environment.
