The management side of the process felt organized and efficient, but the HR follow-through was drawn out and required several phone follow-ups.

After I made it through the pre-interview steps, I had one phone interview and one face-to-face interview.

The questions were direct, and I got a good sense of what I would be doing after I left the interview day. It didn’t feel vague or overly theoretical.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience left me with a clear picture of the role and a sense that the actual conversations were grounded.
