I went through a fairly standard multi-interviewer retail process for an Account Executive-style role, usually centered on experience-fit and scenarios, and it played out over about a week.

Application + scheduling — I submitted an online or paper application and then coordinated interview timing via email or an in-person next step.
In-store interviews with managers — I spoke with a store manager and/or assistant manager, covering my background and what I was looking for.
Scenario-based customer and peer conflict questions — I was asked what I’d do if a customer complaint came up or if I had a conflict with a coworker.
Role fit and availability — I connected my past experience to the position and discussed hours and scheduling needs.
