I applied directly through their website, partly because I wanted to avoid extra layers of communication.

Soon after, they emailed me an interview schedule and then followed up with a call to confirm the dates.

That coordination part felt fairly organized and clean, since I wasn’t left guessing about next steps. I didn’t end up receiving an offer, but the process management around scheduling was one of the better parts.

My reflection was that even when the final decision didn’t go my way, the communication up to the interview itself was handled with less friction than I’ve seen elsewhere.
