A recruiter reached out after I applied and asked me to move forward with the position.

I went through the process, but it ended up taking a very long time and didn’t result in an offer.

Nothing felt actively bad or hostile, but it also never turned into something clearly positive. The overall impression stayed neutral because I just didn’t get the kind of momentum or closure you want after investing time.

In the end, I was left with more waiting than value, and it reinforced how important responsiveness is, even when the interactions themselves are fine.
