The scheduling between interviews was slow, but the tone of the process was still fairly informal.

I remember that the first interview was handled by HR, then I had a personal in-office round that included a tour, and after that came a technical interview.

The rounds felt light in the sense that they were done “terloops,” like the transitions were casual rather than rigid. Even though the gaps between interviews were dragging, the day itself didn’t feel overly formal or intimidating.

I didn’t receive an offer, and my honest takeaway was that the atmosphere was relaxed, but the pacing and coordination were the main friction points for me.
