Barco Software Engineer interview experience

HR and the hiring manager sat down with me together, and the conversation stayed informal, with no hard testing.

Part of the process also included a tour of the factory and offices, which made it feel more like an introduction to the environment than an assessment.

The overall vibe was straightforward and no-nonsense, and I left with a good sense of what the place looked like. Still, I didn’t end up getting an offer, and I reflected that the interaction focused on fit and familiarity more than technical verification.
