Barclays Software Engineer interview experience

It was a question-and-answer format with logic-based problems designed to be direct and solvable through clear reasoning, and the answers seemed to hinge on understanding the logic rather than anything overly complicated.

I also went through a short, last-minute interview session that didn’t feel like it was run properly. It consisted of two sessions and I got no real feedback afterward. One interviewer spent more time lecturing than actually asking the exercise questions presented to me, so it ended up feeling less like an assessment and more like something that got off track.
