My interview was split into two separate parts, which made it feel structured but not overwhelming.

One conversation was with a manager, and the other was with colleagues, and each one lasted about an hour. Altogether it felt like two relatively straightforward discussions.

The questions themselves seemed easy, and the people I talked with were genuinely nice. I never felt pressured or combative; instead, the tone stayed friendly throughout. By the time it was over, it didn’t leave me with the sense that anything had been extremely difficult to solve.
