My process started with an online assessment, and then about a month later I was invited to a final round interview.

The final stage consisted of two back-to-back interviews, each about 45 minutes.

Even though it was two sessions close together, it didn’t feel overwhelming; the overall process wasn’t too bad. The structure felt straightforward: assess first, then come back later for final evaluation.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience itself felt manageable, and the main thing I noticed was the spacing—roughly a month between assessment and the final round.
