I went through a pretty direct sequence: two interviews in the first round and then two more for the superday, with each conversation run by analysts and associates.

Each interview was handled in a way that felt like the main test was how engaged I could keep the conversation going. At the start of one of my rounds, my interviewer seemed distracted by other things, but I managed to bring the focus back to what I was saying.
