My process felt structured but tough enough that it left me studying more than I wanted to.

I had an online HireVue first, and it was followed by additional interviews that led into a superday with multiple sessions back to back.

The overall format blended technical and behavioral parts, and there wasn’t much “soft landing” between rounds. It came across as formal and serious—more like an evaluation than a chat—and I felt like I had to keep my focus locked the whole time. Even when I thought things went decently, there was a sense that previous candidates might have set a high standard, especially because I interviewed later in the cycle.

I didn’t get an offer. What I took from it
