My process moved in a pretty recognizable sequence: first there was an online assessment, then I went into live rounds, and eventually it culminated in a superday.

The earliest stage was a HireVue/online assessment that mixed behavioral and motivational questions, and once that was done I waited for the first set of screening interviews.
