The process felt unusually smooth and fast.

After I was screened by the initial qualifications, I met with several people involved in hiring for the role. What made it stand out was how responsive everyone was—there were regular updates across the stages, and I received the decision within about a week.

Even though there were multiple conversations, it never felt chaotic or drawn out. The overall experience was positive mainly because the communication matched the pace of the process: I always knew where things stood, and the company didn’t leave me waiting in the dark.
