College Station, TXPosted Mar 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed at a career fair, and the whole thing felt laid back.

The interview included three interviewers, and the tone was casual enough that it didn’t feel like a high-pressure technical grilling.

I felt like it went really well on the day and that the conversation matched my answers and experience. What bothered me was that the company didn’t reach back at all afterward, even after a month.

I didn’t receive an offer. The actual interview felt positive, but the silence afterward made it hard to feel confident that the process was being handled attentively.
