My process ended up being pretty substantial for a single round—it lasted about four hours and felt like an all-in interview rather than quick screening.

The interviewers were friendly and made me feel welcomed, and I also got the chance to ask questions, not just answer theirs.

They asked me questions based on my background, and I remember it feeling more conversational than interrogative. I left with a genuinely good impression of the people I spoke with. Even with that positive experience, there wasn’t an offer afterward, so it ended more on the “good conversation” side than on the “clear close-the-loop” side.
