Balfour Beatty Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Easy

Negative

Raleigh, NCPosted Oct 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The interview itself was short, and the recruiter told me it went great and that they’d get back to me.

The frustrating part was that I never got that chance to hear what happened next. I didn’t receive an offer, and the follow-up just never materialized.

Looking back, the experience left me with a real sense of disappointment because the process didn’t feel like it ever progressed past the recruiter’s initial message. It wasn’t that the conversation was difficult—it was more that the communication after the interview didn’t match the optimism I was given.
