My assessment started with a group exercise where I had to work with others to come up with a prototype.

After that, there was a break—about an hour—with tea, coffee, and sandwiches, which made the schedule feel more human.

Once I was back in, I had an interview with two senior engineers, and I also delivered a short presentation lasting around ten minutes. The mix of group work, waiting in between, and then individual performance made it feel like a real test of how I handled different formats back-to-back.
