Balfour Beatty Software Engineer interview experience

Despite that, the assessment centre experience itself went well, and I was glad they got back to me the next day.

The interview was pretty normal, with mostly competency questions. Overall, it felt like a straightforward evaluation of how I’d handled past situations rather than anything overly technical or unusual, and the quick follow-up helped the experience end on a positive note.
