Balfour Beatty Software Engineer interview experience

After I accepted an offer, the team stayed in contact until the end of the school year, which made the whole transition period feel supported rather than leaving me in the dark.

I didn’t go into detailed round-by-round questions in what I recorded, but what stood out was the experience after accepting—being kept updated and staying engaged.

My outcome was positive because I did receive an offer. Looking back, the strongest part wasn’t just the decision—it was that follow-through and ongoing contact that kept things feeling smooth.
