I started with an initial HR interview, and then I was invited into a group session built around a case study.

The day had an element of preparation to it: I had to develop a presentation for the case study. The group itself included at least five other people, so it wasn’t just a one-on-one setting.

After the presentation preparation, I went back through the process with the group context and then HR stayed responsive throughout. The overall feel was steady rather than tense—nothing about it made me feel blindsided. Even though I went through all those stages, I didn’t end up with an offer.
