My process was just a single round, and it was a tool test for me.

The tone around the interview felt cooperative, and the overall message was that the company would be a good place to start a career with support and training.

It didn’t feel overly complicated, and the feedback I got in the moment was that I’d be supported as I settled in. I didn’t receive an offer.

My honest reflection was that it felt like an entry-focused environment, with the emphasis on onboarding and training more than on deep technical scrutiny during the test round.
