Penn State University, PAPosted Dec 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a sequence of interviews where each step depended on how I was doing.

The first interview was individualized and one-on-one, and based on my performance or potential it led into a second round.

The second interview involved two interviewers and went more in depth than the first. Overall, the whole experience felt productive and effective, and I left with the sense that the process was intentionally structured to probe deeper rather than just repeat surface-level questions.
