I had a Zoom call with a project manager, and it followed a fairly direct path.

I applied online and then reached out to HR, and from there I was invited to the Zoom interview.

Everyone I spoke to during the process felt helpful and kind. The call itself was more of a working conversation than anything adversarial, and the tone made the process feel smoother than I expected.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the memory I have is that the people involved treated me well and the process felt human and responsive up until the final decision.
