My first touchpoint was a call with an HR manager covering the usual basics like motivation and my notice period.

Then I had a more technical interview with a technical manager that required a prepared presentation—around seven and a half minutes—focused on the development path of a technology. After I delivered that, the conversation shifted into technical questions tied to the technology itself, and it felt like the preparation mattered a lot. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the structure was clear: HR to align, then a technical evaluation that directly tested both my communication and my understanding.
