I experienced a very structured 45-minute interview that centered on my background and my ability to talk through relevant projects.

The way it was planned had multiple distinct blocks: first, they introduced the company, team, and the kind of work the internship involved; then they asked me about what I wanted, what type of work I’d enjoy, and why I was interested. The middle part focused on projects and experience, and I had to go through examples like my work with .NET/Angular, NetSol/CureMD, and an Azure/cloud project.

The remaining time was reserved for questions and discussion, which made it feel more interactive than a typical one-way screen. By the end, I felt like I’d been evaluated on how I explained my own work
