I went through a fairly stacked multi-round process that was aimed at fresher-level fit and fundamentals.

The first technical round came first, then a group discussion where we had about 35 minutes to talk through the prompt. After that, I had another technical round that leaned on strong basics and tied things back to internship experience.

By the time I reached the final part, there was an HR round to round out the picture. That last step felt like the process moving from “can you handle the work” into “do you align with how they operate.”

Overall, it felt difficult because there were so many different formats in succession—technical depth, then group communication, then more fundamentals
