Boston, MAPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Before I ever got deep into interviews, I completed a timed assessment that ran about 32 minutes and had four sections.

It was very math-heavy and focused on numerical reasoning, and it also included some leadership-related questions. I remember needing a calculator and knowing at least a few basic formulas such as market cap and revenue from shares.

The time passed quickly, but that also meant I had to stay sharp and work at a pace that didn’t slow down whenever the numbers got dense. By the end, I felt like the assessment tested whether I could stay accurate and efficient more than whether I could come up with polished “storytelling.” I didn’t end up getting an offer.
