BAE Systems Systems Engineer interview experience

I was asked around six behavioural questions tied to key company behaviours, and they expected detailed answers rather than broad statements.

Alongside that, there were three technical questions, and one of them had many parts, which made it feel like a structured problem-solving challenge instead of a quick check. I didn’t walk away thinking it was about confidence alone—it was about whether I could handle complexity. I didn’t receive an offer.
