The process went quite well for me, mainly because the recruiter communication was unusually fast and responsive.

At every stage, I got feedback about myself almost immediately, which wasn’t something I’d experienced with other organizations. That quick loop made the whole thing feel more respectful of my time.

Overall it took about two weeks end to end. Even though the stages still had the usual rhythm, the speed of the updates gave me confidence that I wasn’t being left hanging. I appreciated how promptly they followed up at each step, and it made the experience feel positive even without a final offer.
