Backbase Software Engineer interview experience

What hurt was that I later got declined because I hadn’t fully explained a technical question about Spring. On top of that, the recruiter handling my application ended up quitting halfway through the process.

The result was that it felt like I lost time without getting the closure or continuity that you’d expect. I wasn’t offered the role, and honestly the combination of the gap in communication and the abrupt change midstream made the whole thing feel like a waste.
