My interview at Backbase was a pretty good experience.

It lasted about an hour, and it was split into two rounds: one technical round and one HR round. The main focus was actually on my resume—both parts leaned heavily on what was already written there.

The technical questions were tailored to my resume, and the rest felt like a normal fit conversation. Nothing about it felt chaotic or overly difficult; it was more like an efficient check that my background matched what they were looking for.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the process still felt smooth and respectful, and the overall tone was professional.
