I had a campus-recruitment experience that moved fast at the front end, then dragged once it came to feedback.

The onsite portion had four back-to-back rounds, and the interview time felt like it was being used efficiently while I was there.

The part that wore on me was the turnaround. They took a long time to get back with a decision, and I ended up following up many times to figure out where things stood.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. What stayed with me most was how the interview schedule itself felt smooth, but the communication afterward made the process feel drawn out and uncertain.
