As a campus hire, my selection went through a simple multi-step flow: an aptitude test first, then two rounds of interviews that were split between technical and HR.

The online test leaned heavily into data interpretation rather than anything coding-heavy, and the whole day felt timed and focused.

In the technical interview, I was mostly asked about my background—previous work experience, the projects I’d done, and course work. The questions weren’t presented as ultra-hard; the vibe was more “get to basics and see if the fundamentals are there” than a deep dive into advanced theory. Then the HR round was more of a conversation, where they checked behavioral fit and how I thought about my options.
