My first step was an HR screening that was easy and pretty standard, followed by a schedule that moved quickly.

I then met two software engineers for the technical screening with a clear expectation: finish one medium-level LeetCode-style problem, with a follow-up planned in about 45 minutes.

There wasn’t anything overly exotic about the coding part after that. I worked through the technical coding interview on a code-sharing platform, and the flow felt like a normal screening—get the problem, implement, and talk through what I was doing as I went. Even with that, I didn’t end up progressing after the first technical round.
