Boston, MAPosted Jun 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After an initial screen with someone from TA, the pace picked up and I moved into an on-site format that was very speed-style.

I had back-to-back, rapid interviews with two sales directors, then a conversation with the VP of Sales, and also another member of the leadership team.

The structure was intense because it left little time to settle in between conversations, but it was still fairly straightforward: leadership wanted to understand how I would think and operate in the sales environment.

I didn’t end up with an offer. Still, I left with a clear sense that multiple parts of the organization were evaluating me, not just one manager, and the process matched the level of leadership involved.
