Axon Account Executive interview experience

During the process, I noticed the way leaders dressed and behaved—almost like it was meant to mirror a casual, company-picnic vibe rather than a traditional interview setting. I also picked up a pattern where some of the people I encountered didn’t seem to take candidates who were dressed professionally as seriously.

Once I learned more about the company culture, I decided to turn the job down. A big part of that was the environment around litigation issues both domestically and internationally, along with concerns about competition—especially better-built products coming in at lower prices.
