Seattle, WAPosted May 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Axon reached out to me through LinkedIn, and the first step was a hiring-manager screen meant to gauge fit with the team.

After that initial conversation, the process quickly moved into a full loop on Zoom.

I remember the sequence feeling fairly direct: recruiter outreach, then a team-fit chat, and then multiple rounds in the video-loop format. The difficulty was marked as difficult on my end, but the structure itself felt clear.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. Still, the part that stood out most was that the process moved from screening into the full interview loop without long delays.
