It felt mostly like a formality and, honestly, it was very pleasant—low pressure and comfortable. After that, I moved on to a conversation with the technical lead for the department and my future supervisor, and that part was noticeably more demanding. Even so, the overall atmosphere stayed positive across both discussions, and I got the sense they were clear about what they wanted to understand from me.
