After applying online, I ended up going through a structured, three-step sequence that spanned about three months from application to getting the job offer.

The first part was a 1-on-1 technical talk with a team lead that lasted about an hour. Then I had a longer loop: a 3-on-1 technical conversation with two team leads and their head of department, also around an hour.

The final stage brought together the head of department and HR in a 2-on-1 meeting that ran roughly 1.5 hours. Once that finished, they sent me the job offer. Later, I had three calls discussing it, and then the final edition of the offer was sent to me. It felt like the process was thorough and organized, and the pace matched the amount of evaluation happening.
