AVL Software Engineer interview experience

The first round leaned hard toward HR-style discussion rather than deep technical questioning, and the topic was very much about how I manage time, plus whether I knew anything about the company.

After that, the process shifted into a more direct interview loop with the hiring manager. I ended up having two parts: a shorter call that focused mostly on background and suitability checks, and then a more detailed technical interview that included behavioral questions as well. The technical side covered things like OOP concepts and design-pattern thinking, alongside database-related queries.
