This one felt relaxed from the beginning.

I was flown out to Austria and got shown around, and the whole day had a casual vibe rather than anything overly formal. After the tour, I had a technical interview with two people from the team I’d be working with. The questions were handled in a straightforward way, and the atmosphere made it easier to think clearly. Overall, it ended up being one of the best interviews I’d had—low stress and genuinely smooth.
